New to The More Clinics?

Everything you need to know to get started safely and confidently.

What is The More Clinics and how does it work?

The More Clinics is a healthcare marketplace and patient advocacy platform. We connect patients with clinics and doctors for cosmetic, dental, hair and other planned procedures.

The marketplace is not a clinic or a medical provider. We help you compare providers, and a patient assistant helps you by message — free for patients.

You always pay the clinic directly. The platform is funded by providers’ monthly plans; we take no cut of your treatment.

How do I get started as a patient?

Getting started is simple and free:

  1. Create a free account.
  2. Search providers for your procedure and destination.
  3. Request a consultation, or use the cost calculator for an estimate.
  4. A patient assistant is assigned when you open an account or send your first message, and helps you by message.

There is no commitment at any stage until you choose to book directly with a provider.

Is The More Clinics free to use?

Yes — for patients, the core services are free: creating an account, requesting quotes, asking doctors questions, reading guides and working with a patient assistant.

Your patient assistant and advocacy are free for every patient. Premium and Elite are optional memberships — their current prices and benefits are on the Membership page.

Which countries and procedures do you cover?

Providers can apply from any country; patients come from every country.

The countries and treatments that currently have listed providers are always the ones on the search page.

Verification

What “Verified” means

What we check, and what the Verified badge does and doesn’t tell you.

What does the Verified badge mean?

Our team reviews the provider’s licence document; if it is approved, the provider receives the Verified badge. Other approved providers appear as Approved. Profiles we compiled from public sources appear as Unclaimed. Other documents the provider has uploaded are also shown on the profile.

The licence document we review depends on the type of provider:

  • Doctors: medical licence
  • Clinics: clinic licence, health tourism authorisation or accreditation
  • Agencies: health tourism authorisation

Important: verification confirms the document at the time of our review. It does not guarantee treatment outcomes or safety — every medical procedure carries risks.

Can I buy a Verified badge?

No — the Verified badge can never be bought. It is given only when our team approves the provider’s licence document. No subscription or payment unlocks it.

Providers can join on the free Basic plan; monthly plans add extra tools. We take no commission on treatment fees, and the badge is independent of any plan. See how we verify.

What does “Approved” mean?

Approved providers are listed on the platform, but our team has not (yet) approved a licence document for them. The Verified badge appears as soon as their licence document is approved. Profiles compiled from public sources are shown as Unclaimed: they carry no badge, ratings or prices, and the clinic or doctor can claim them.

Booking & quotes

Quotes, providers and booking

How to request quotes, compare providers and move forward.

How do I get a quote from a provider?

Use Request a consultation on any doctor’s profile, the form on a deal, or the cost calculator. Share some basic information about the procedure you are considering; the provider’s quote comes straight to your account.

You can ask your patient assistant about any quote by message.

Can I contact providers directly?

Yes. You can request a consultation from a doctor’s profile, or post a question on Ask a Doctor, where listed doctors answer. Your patient assistant can help you by message at any time.

What happens after I choose a provider?

You confirm the booking and exactly what is included with the provider. Your patient assistant stays available by message before, during and after your trip, and stays on your file for 6/12 months after treatment.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies are set by each provider, not by The More Clinics. Read the cancellation and deposit terms before any payment; your assistant can help with questions by message.

If a provider does not honour its stated policy, tell your assistant and we will advocate for you.

Membership

Premium and Elite

What each membership includes and how to join. The plans below are the live ones.

What is Premium membership and how do I get it?

You join Premium on the Membership page, where its current price and benefits are shown; it is not granted through a booking. Your patient assistant and advocacy are free for every patient — with or without a membership.

What does Elite membership include?

Elite is a paid membership. With Elite, your patient assistant stays on your file for longer after treatment. The current benefits and price are shown below and on the Membership page.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes — you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your patient assistant

Help by message, free

What your patient assistant does and how to reach them.

What does my patient assistant do?

A patient assistant is assigned when you open an account or send your first message, and stays on your file for 6/12 months after treatment.

Your assistant helps you by message — with questions about providers, quotes, your booking and your recovery, and if a problem arises with a provider.

This is an advocacy service, not an insurance product. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, and we do not pay compensation or treatment costs.

How do I reach my assistant?

Sign in and message your patient assistant from your account. Describe what has happened and attach any photos or documents.

What can the assistant not do?

Your patient assistant does not provide medical care or legal representation, and does not pay for travel, accommodation, treatment or other costs.

It is not travel insurance or medical indemnity insurance.

Travel & planning

Planning your trip

What packages can include, when you can fly, and how to prepare.

What can an all-inclusive package include?

Each package lists what it includes — for example surgeon and medical team fees, operating room and anaesthesia, pre-operative tests, post-operative medication, hotel nights or transfers. What is included differs by provider.

Always confirm in writing exactly what is included before you commit — your assistant can help with questions by message.

When can I fly after surgery?

It varies a lot by procedure. As a general guide:

  • Hair transplant: most patients fly 3–5 days after the procedure
  • Rhinoplasty: typically 7–10 days
  • Breast or body surgery: 7–14 days, depending on complexity
  • Dental procedures (veneers, All-on-4): usually 1–3 days

Your provider will give you guidance for your own case. Our Learn section has recovery and travel guides.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes — we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers treatment abroad, including emergency treatment, repatriation and trip cancellation. Many standard policies exclude planned medical procedures, so check yours carefully; specialist insurers offer policies for treatment abroad. Your assistant can point you in the right direction.

Payments & costs

Payments and prices

How payments work, which currency you see, and what to watch out for.

Do I pay The More Clinics or the clinic?

You always pay the clinic or doctor directly for treatment. The marketplace never collects treatment payments.

The platform is funded by providers’ monthly plans; we take no cut of your treatment. See how we earn.

What currency are prices shown in?

Each package shows the price in the currency the provider charges. Where we also show an amount in another currency, it is marked “≈” as an estimate and the clinic’s own price is shown beside it. Always confirm the exact currency and amount with the provider before paying.

Are quotes on the platform binding?

Quotes are estimates until a provider has assessed your case — usually through a photo or video consultation. The final price can change with the complexity of the procedure, the technique, the graft count (for hair transplant) or other clinical factors.

Always get a written, itemised quote before making any payment.

For providers

Clinics and doctors

For clinics, hospitals, doctors and agencies interested in listing.

How do I list my clinic or practice?

Create a business account on the List your clinic page — it takes a few minutes. You then upload your documents from your own profile, and our team reviews them. If your licence document is approved, your profile shows the Verified badge.

Read why providers list with us.

How much does listing cost?

Providers can join on the free Basic plan; monthly plans add extra tools. We take no commission on treatment fees. The current plans and what each includes are on the Join as a provider page. A Top Rated placement — a paid placement, listed first in your location and always labelled — is arranged with our team.

I’m an existing provider — how do I get support?

Sign in to your provider portal for your profile, documents, enquiries and billing. For anything else, contact our provider team through the contact page.

Privacy & data

Your data and your rights

How we handle your personal and health information.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. The platform is funded by providers’ monthly plans — not by selling data.

Who can see my health information?

Your health information is shared only with the providers you ask to consult, and only with your consent. Your patient assistant and the support staff helping you can access it to assist you. We never share health data with third parties for any other purpose.

How do I delete my account and data?

Request deletion from your account settings or through the contact page. We delete your personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as financial records).

See our Privacy Policy for details.
