The More Clinics

Cookie Policy

The strictly necessary and preference cookies the marketplace uses, how long they last and third-party content. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Version: 2026-09

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies The More Clinics marketplace uses (the pages under /marketplace, the patient account and the provider portals), what they do and how long they stay. The controller is The More Clinics Anonim Şirketi. How your personal data is processed in general is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when you visit a website. On later requests the site reads it to remember, for example, that you are signed in or which language you chose. Cookies set by the site you visit are “first-party” cookies; cookies set by another service are “third-party” cookies.

2. In short

  • The Platform uses first-party cookies only: those the site needs to work and those that remember the language and currency you chose.
  • We use no analytics, advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies. There is no code that follows your visit across other sites.
  • Fonts are served from our own server; no request goes to a third-party server when pages load.
  • The contents of our cookies are encrypted; scripts in the browser cannot read the session cookie.
  • Because our cookies are either strictly necessary for the service or remember a choice you made yourself, we do not ask for separate consent. If we ever add a cookie that requires consent, we will ask for your consent before using it and update this text.

4. Third-party content

Some pages load content from third-party services when you view or click them. These services may set their own cookies under their own policies:

  • Videos (YouTube, Vimeo): If a clinic page has a video, it loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced address (youtube-nocookie.com) or from Vimeo. Videos on doctor pages load only when you press play.
  • Map (Google Maps): The map on clinic pages loads only when you click “show map”.
  • Payment pages (iyzico and, when enabled, Stripe or PayTR): At the payment step the payment institution’s page or form opens; these institutions may use their own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
  • WhatsApp links: plain links that open WhatsApp only when you click them; no WhatsApp code is loaded on the page.

5. Browser storage

The Platform’s public pages do not write to your browser’s local storage (localStorage). Content editors in the administration panel may temporarily keep authorised users’ unsaved drafts in their browser.

6. How to manage cookies

You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in, send forms or use your account. If you delete preference cookies, your language and currency choices are reset. Browser settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

7. Your rights and contact

You can exercise your rights under Article 11 KVKK and the GDPR regarding data processed through cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. Questions: info@themoreclinics.com.
